Rental duration is counted as the number of full days between pick-up and drop-off, including both days.
Example:
- Pick-up date: December 25th, 2024 Time 06:00 Am
- Drop-off date: December 27th, 2024 (any time around 05:00 AM)
Here, even though the bus is returned on the 28th, you’d be charged for the entire period as it includes both December 25th and 28th. So, the rental duration would be 3 days (25th, 26th & 27th).
In essence, any rental period that starts before midnight on the pick-up date and ends before midnight on the return date counts as a full day.
