Day 1 Arrive Delhi
On arrival at Delhi airport, you will meet our representative, and you will get transferred to the pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2 Delhi
After breakfast, we will meet the local guide & proceed for full day sightseeing of Old & New Delhi. Half-day city tour of Old Delhi includes the Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi’s Memorial), the Jama Masjid (The Universal Mosque), Red Fort, and on cycle rickshaws to the fabled Chandni Chowk (Silver Street) – including the spice market, Gold/Silversmith market etc. In the afternoon, city tour of New Delhi includes the Qutab Minar, Emperor Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, the Houses of Parliament and the Presidential Palace (Rashtrapati Bhawan). Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 3 Delhi – Varanasi
After breakfast, we will leave with packed lunch drive – for Varanasi one of the oldest living cities in the world. It is also one of the holiest Hindu cities and still thriving on its religious past. On arrival in Varanasi transfer to hotel and rest for a while then in the evening, we will attend PUJA ceremony on the river Ganges. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 4 In Varanasi
Early morning, we will go for a boat ride at the Holy River Ganges to see the devout praying on the Ghats (Banks), with funeral pyres burning in the distance. Walkthrough the by lanes. Afternoon excursion to Sarnath. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 5 Varanasi – Bodhgaya
After breakfast, we will proceed to Bodhgaya (253 km 5-6 hrs) reckoned as the most important Buddhist pilgrimage centre, is the place where Lord Sakyamuni (Gautam Buddha) entered into meditation after being moved by the sufferings of humanity. The giant Bodhi Tree (Peepal) believed to have grown from the original Bodhi Tree under which, sitting on the raised platform, Prince Siddharth meditated and finally attained Nirvana. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 6 In Bodhgaya
We will go for a morning sightseeing of Bodhgaya visiting the Bodhi Tree, Chaukramana, the jewel Walk, where it believed that the Buddha strolled while in deep thought. Also, visit Shaivite Monastery and the famous Jagganath Temple. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 7 Bodhgaya – Rajgir – Nalanda – Patna
After breakfast, we will proceed to Patna, and en-route, we will visit Rajgir – the place where Buddha meditated and preached; the first Buddhist Council held here. Also, we will visit Nalanda, which is known for its Archaeological Complex and Museum. On arrival, we will check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel of Patna.

Day 8 Patna – Vaishali -Kushinagar
After breakfast, we will proceed to Vaishali – known for Buddha Stupas, Ashoka Pillar and Bawan Pokhar Temple. Finally, we will continue to Kushinagar with packed lunch. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kushinagar.

Day 9 In Kushinagar
In the morning, we will visit – Kushinagar, one of the principal centres of Buddhist pilgrimage, is the place of Mahaparinirvana. After lunch, we will drive to Lumbini and check in to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will visit the village of Lumbini in Nepal; Queen Mahamaya gave birth to Prince Siddhartha, who later became the Buddha. Over 2000 years ago Emperor Ashoka set up a commemorative pillar here. The pillar carries the inscription – “Here the Buddha was born”. Another shrine preserves an ancient image depicting the nativity of the Lord. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 10 Lumbini – Sravanti – Balrampur
In the morning after breakfast, we will proceed to Sravasti – is a sacred site for Buddhists because it is here that Lord Buddha performed the greatest of his miracles to confound the Tirthika heretics. Further, we will proceed to Balrampur. On arrival, we will check in to the hotel, overnight stay in Balrampur.

Day 11 Balrampur – Lucknow
In the morning after breakfast, we will proceed towards Lucknow. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. This will be the last day of the Buddhist pilgrimage tour. You can spend some time in Lucknow to explore the city. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 12 Lucknow – Delhi
